We know you must have a ton of questions about how the whole ordering process works. Please check out our FAQ page as well as read the instructions below. We're pretty sure 99.9% of your questions can be answered in one of these two places. If not, simply send us an email at info@happilyeverafterdesigns.net. We're more than happy to answer any questions you might have.

Once you have decided to make a purchase from Happily Ever After Designs, here's how it works:

  • Choose your design. Once you have chosen the design you are interested in, you can then make your purchase. Simply click on the "Place an Order" button directly from the design page.

  • Fill out the Order Form. Be sure to list any special requests (such as changed wording/colors, adding a special quote/bible verse, etc) and customization details in the "Additional Information" section.

  • Add your selections to your cart. Choose to order 4x6 or 5x7 announcements/invitations and maybe even add an 8x10 photo keepsake to your order.

  • Make Payment. Checkout is easy...we accept all major credit cards through Paypal.

  • Send us your photos. You can email us the photos you would like to use at orders@happilyeverafterdesigns.net or email us to request our address to snail mail them to us.

  • Await Sample Proof. Once we have received your order information and photos, we will put you on the proofing schedule. This turnaround is usually 1-2 business days. During the busy Holiday season that time will occasionally  be extended to 1-3 business days. We appreciate your patience and will do our absolute best to get your sample proof to you ASAP! Again, if you don't hear from us within the quoted timeframe, please check your bulk/spam folder or contact us.

  • Review your Sample Proof. Once you receive your sample proof, take a few moments to proof-read EVERYTHING and make sure everything is exactly as you would like it to appear. Let us know any changes you would like to make. Please keep in mind that edits can carry up to a 24-hour turnaround turnaround time, but we will do our best to take care of them for you asap.

  • Approve your Sample Proof. Once you approve your sample proof (meaning everything looks PERFECT and exactly as you would like it to appear. NO CHANGES can be made to the cards once you approve them and they have been sent to the printers), we will send your order to the printers. It will them ship out to you within 3-4 business days. We ship via USPS Priority Mail (2-3 day delivery). Need them faster? We do offer a RUSH service which you can add to your order for an additional $10 that will make sure your order will ship within 1-2 business days of proof approval. Or you can simply purchase the JPEG file of your design. If you choose that option, the JPEG file will be emailed to you after you approve your sample proof (Simply upload the design to any local printing facility and pick them up in as little as an hour or print them yourself at home!).

  • Wait for your order to arrive!
